I just closed on my house, and had Joe and Priscilla's help all along the way to get me there. I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if I could! We had an amazing experience with Joe Allen and Stephanie! We needed to sell our MN home from CA - Joe made it happen without us traveling to MN once after the initial visit. It sounds easy, but we had to replace the furnace, driveway, AC, carpet, and the Foundation! Joe managed it all, and we had multiple offers. If you are out of state and need an agent, Joe is your guy. If you are in state, you are lucky because you get to have Joe and meet up with him occasionally, which we missed out on. We have bought and sold 7 properties in our lives combined, and Joe and company are hands down the best!
