About Jeff Feldman

I grew up in the Highland Park area of St. Paul. My BA is in Communication from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and yes, I like to talk… but I’m also a good listener. My career began in Television News to work on air. I eventually went in to radio and sold advertising. I did some work as an actor, including Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding and performed stand-up comedy. My prior job was Membership and Sales Director for Events & Adventures in Minneapolis. It’s the largest events company for singles in the country. I loved helping others navigate life transitions and it was the perfect transition for me in to Real Estate.

During the past several years, I have consistently been awarded “Super Real Estate Agent” by Mpls. St.Paul and Twin Cities Business magazines along with being consistently awarded “Best Real Estate Professionals in Minnesota” by Minnesota Monthly magazine. These awards are based on market knowledge, integrity, communication and negotiation skills, post-sale service and overall customer satisfaction. I’ve also had the opportunity to share my real estate and business expertise in top Twin Cities media, including Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, St. Paul Pioneer Press and The Minnesota Star Tribune.

After 20 plus years as a REALTOR®, I still feel so lucky to help clients of all ages and stages and be an advocate for them. One of my clients called me his “Jerry Maguire.” My clients range from first-time buyers to multi million dollar corporate relocation. I have become the “Family REALTOR” for several families and love working with different generations. I love helping old friends and making new ones as their REALTOR.
